Yes. Soul Map is strictly for people aged 18 and older. The service is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, in line with COPPA and the GDPR.

We collect only what we need to work: your email, display name, birth year, and the content you post. Your precise location is used only to show bottles nearby and is never published to other users. We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers.

Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PIPEDA, and more), you can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Use the in-app "Export My Data" and "Delete Account" tools, or email privacy@soul-map.xyz. We honour these rights for users worldwide.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings â†’ "Delete Account". This permanently erases your profile, messages, bottles, and associated data. You can also email privacy@soul-map.xyz to request deletion.

You can report a bottle, a message, or a conversation from within the app, and you can block any user. Our team reviews reports and takes action â€” from removing content to suspending accounts.

How does Soul Map protect my location?

We ask for your explicit consent before using your location, and you can use the app without it. Your live position is never shared with other users â€” only anonymised bottle markers appear on the map. We do not keep a movement history.

What is Ghost Mode?

Ghost Mode is anonymous browsing. You can explore the map without an account or profile photo, and no one can see your name or marker. In Ghost Mode you can look around, but you cannot drop bottles or open chats â€” sign in to take part.

Lumen is the in-app currency you earn through gameplay â€” dropping bottles, opening them, and helping people nearby. You spend Lumen on premium plans, cosmetics and utility tools in the Shop. Real-money packs are planned to arrive later through the App Store and Google Play billing.
